Freelancer Ops (a trade name of Freelancer Ops, a trade name of 2Rds Innovative Solutions LLC) collects only what it needs to sell and deliver digital products.

What we collect

• Purchase data: name, email, billing country/postal code, and payment status, collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Free download sign-ups: your email, if you request the free Lite template.
• Basic site analytics: our host may log standard request data (IP address, browser) for security.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, provide support, send receipts, prevent fraud, and, if you signed up for the free version, send occasional product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (Stripe for payments, our web host and email provider) or when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

Retention

Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing emails are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing freelancer.ops.hq@gmail.com. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the rights those laws provide.
