Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. But we want you to be happy:

• 14-day guarantee: if the template doesn't work for you, email freelancer.ops.hq@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short reason, and we'll refund you in full.
• Access problems: if you can't access or duplicate the template, we'll fix it or refund you.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds may be refused for clear abuse, such as repeat purchase-and-refund or redistributing the template.

Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
