These terms govern purchases of digital products sold by Freelancer Ops ("we", "us"). Freelancer Ops is a trade name of Freelancer Ops, a trade name of 2Rds Innovative Solutions LLC. By buying or using our products you agree to these terms.
We sell digital Notion templates delivered as a link you duplicate into your own Notion workspace. You need a Notion account (free plan is enough). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own business or personal use, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template or its duplicate link, in whole or in part.
Prices are in USD and charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Access is provided immediately after successful payment. If you don't receive it, email freelancer.ops.hq@gmail.com.

The template, including the tax set-aside tracker, is an organizational tool. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you additional rights.
